These general terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Copryce Lab website accessible at copryce.info (hereinafter the "site") published by Copryce SAS. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

User: any natural or legal person who accesses and uses the site.
Account: free personal space created by the User to access the site's resources.
Content: all articles, videos, interviews, guides, documents, and resources published on the site.
Copryce: the company Copryce SAS, publisher of the site.

2. Purpose

Copryce Lab is a free editorial site for design professionals that offers:

  • Articles, interviews, and videos on design valuation

  • Educational resources on ethics and professionalization

  • Downloadable guides to support designers

  • A space giving voice to the actors of the design ecosystem

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an Account or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the site.

4. Account creation and access

4.1. Free registration

To access all the site's resources, you must create a free Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information

  • Update your information in case of changes

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

4.2. Eligibility conditions

Use of the site is reserved for persons of legal age with the legal capacity to contract. By creating an Account, you declare and warrant that you meet these conditions.

Copryce cannot be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your negligence.

  • Download the guides and resources made available

  • Subscribe to the newsletter to receive new content

  • Share the site's content on social networks

5.2. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Share your Account with unauthorized third parties

  • Attempt to circumvent the site's security measures

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your Account.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its content (articles, videos, interviews, guides, documents), and all its components (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Copryce or its licensors.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by French intellectual property law.

6.1. Authorized use of resources

You are authorized to:

  • Consult and read the site's content for your personal professional use

  • Download guides and resources for your professional use

  • Share links to the site's articles (but not reproduce their entire content)

Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of content for purposes other than your personal professional use requires prior written authorization from Copryce.

7. Availability and maintenance

Copryce strives to ensure the site's availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free availability.

Service interruptions may occur for reasons of maintenance, updates, technical failures, or force majeure. We will strive to inform you in advance of any planned maintenance.

Copryce cannot be held liable for damages resulting from a temporary interruption or malfunction of the site.

8. Nature of content

The articles, guides, and resources offered on the site are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not in any way constitute personalized legal, accounting, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Copryce cannot be held liable for:

10. Termination

10.1. Termination by the User

You can delete your Account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us at hello@copryce.info.

10.2. Termination by Copryce

Copryce reserves the right to suspend or delete your Account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the site

  • Harmful behavior toward other Users or Copryce

10.3. Effects of termination

Upon termination of your Account, your access to the site will be immediately revoked. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy policy, then deleted after the legal retention periods.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Copryce reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any substantial modification will be notified to you by email or through a notification on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect.

By continuing to use the site after the modifications take effect, you accept the modified Terms. If you refuse the new Terms, you must stop using the site and delete your Account.

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
